Tech Support Carrier Positions

Provides product and technical field support. Follows documented processes to identify, evaluate, solve, and escalate customer problems. Works under general supervision. Answers basic questions pertaining to the installation, modification, upgrade, or repair of company products. Enters driver information and tracks issues in the TMS. Escalates problems to Carrier Representatives and Customer Experience Representatives as needed.
